Three new hotels to be constructed in Azerbaijan by the end of 2011
“I have learnt some details about the construction of a Hilton hotel in Baku. Now Hilton Baku is approaching the final stages of construction. The opening of the hotel is scheduled for the beginning of October,” minister of culture and tourism of Azerbaijan Abulfas Garayev told press.

According to the minister, construction of another hotel, Fairmont, will be completed in March of 2012. “By the end of 2011 we are planning to launch three new hotels in Azerbaijan,” the minister underscored.

Hilton Baku is located at the heart of the city’s business center, on Azadlig avenue, along the Caspian Sea coast. Hotel is 30 km far from the Baku airport. Construction works are provided by Turkish "Koray" company. The owner is ISR Holding. It will be operated by Hilton Worldwide.
